Thinking of you & family; there was never a time when I didn't accept an opportunity to enjoy a hug & some brief catching up through conversation; always a pleasant interaction. Last saw her at a Perryville town meeting when I was on the Planning Board & at the Tolbert`s Fall get together on Ingleside Ave. She was one wonderful woman who will be sadly missed _(♡)_

We rejoice in our memories of Mrs. Neff. She was a true pillar of both Perryville UMC and the United Methodist Women. May God bless her memory in each family member and member of the church.
