David Denver Bates

David Denver Bates, 41 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 in Franklin Square Hospital of Baltimore, MD. Born July 11, 1978 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Denver G. Bates of Port Deposit, MD, and the late Janet Marie Roby Bates.  

David is survived by his father, Denver G. Bates of Port Deposit, MD; sisters, Virginia Marie Bates Hall and husband, Dennis, of Wilmington, DE, and Janice Mary Bates Webster and husband, Richard, of Conowingo, MD.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Marie Roby Bates.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, 2019, 11 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2019, 10 AM until 11 AM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Josh McCord of the Conowingo Baptist Church of Conowingo, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in West Nottingham Cemetery, Colora, MD.
