Delores Annette (Burne) Lightner

Delores Annette Lightner, 86 years, of Colora, MD, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at home. Born May 20, 1932 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Virginia Ann Campbell Burne.

Mrs. Lightner is survived by her daughters, Gail Staggs, Sue White, Sharon Al-Momani, Debbie Himick, and Delores Sierra; 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lightner was preceded in death by her husband, George Lightner.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, October 26, 2018, 10 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitations for family and friends will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018, 3 PM until 5 PM, and 7 PM until 9 PM, at the funeral home. Pastor David Burke of the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church of Colora, MD, will officiate. A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, October 26, 2018, 1 PM, at the Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery of Baltimore, MD.
