Margaret Lindner Colgan, 78 years, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 31, 2018 in her home surrounded by family. She was born December 28, 1940 in Elkton, MD. She was the daughter of the late Ernst and Elizabeth McMath Lindner.

Margaret grew up in Bayside, NY, where she met her loving husband, John Colgan of 56 years. Loving mother of son, Christopher and wife, Beth, daughter, Kimberley (Chookie) and husband, Chris Feeney. Twin sister of Catherine Lindner Glynn, Godmother of Lori Martin Shiflett, and half-sister of Eric Lindner and Lisa Lindner Cheney. Proud grandmother of Lindsay, Ally, Johnny, Maeve, and Duncan.
