Mary Amanda (Jacob) Krauss

Mary Amanda Krauss, 95 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 in the Transitional Care Center of Elkton, MD. Born October 29, 1923 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Anne W. Hafner Jacob.

Mrs. Krauss was a member of the Tome Memorial United Methodist Church of Port Deposit, MD. She is survived by her sons, James Krauss and George Krauss; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Krauss was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Krauss.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, November 5, 2018, 2 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, November 5, 2018,1 PM until 2 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Port Deposit, MD.
