Alice Elizabeth (Williams) Bullock Spindler

Alice Elizabeth Bullock Spindler, 83 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016 in University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD. Born February 19, 1933 in Lick Creek, KY, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Dennis and Zettie Fields Williams. Mrs. Spindler was a member of Christ the King Church of Havre de Grace, MD, and the owner/operator of a former assisted living facility in Havre de Grace, MD. Mrs. Spindler is survived by her husband, John Paul Spindler of Port Deposit, MD; sons, Ronald Dean Estep and wife, Lorraine, of North East, MD, Dennis Ray Younce and wife, Linda, of Marydel, MD, Jerry Younce and wife, Mary, of Belcher, LA; daughters, Glinde Elaine Elliott and husband, David, of Perryville, MD, and Sharon Scarlett Martinez and husband, Lloyd, of Port Deposit, MD; 21 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren; brothers, Roger Williams of Meadowview, VA, Rodney Williams of Bristol, VA, Garrett Williams of Conowingo, MD, Tommy Deskins of North Carolina; sisters, Geneva Collins of Bristol, VA, and Debbie Roberts, VA. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Spindler was preceded in death by her son, Jackie Edward Younce; brothers, Hasco Williams, Willis Bishop, Daniel Deskins, Ollie Williams; and sister, Ezel Sloan. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2016, 11 AM, at Christ the King Church of Havre de Grace, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, December 16, 2016, 6 PM until 8 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Pastor Kenneth VanDyke of Christ the King Church will officiate. Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Port Deposit, MD.
