Allan Vernon Brown, Jr.

Allan Vernon Brown, Jr., 56 years, of Aberdeen, MD, formerly of Perryville, MD, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 in Gilchrest Hospice of Towson, MD. Born June 30, 1962 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Allan Vernon Brown, Sr. and Sarah Frances Walker Brown. Allan was a self-employed master carpenter and is survived by his girlfriend, Carolyn Thompson; nephew, Ryan Thompson; nieces, Alana, Kylie, and Jesse Brown; brother-in-law, Scott Ertwine; step-daughter, Amanda Haass; and grandchildren, Jade, Joshua, Layla, Wesley, and Callan. In addition to his parents, Allan was preceded in death by his sisters, Edith Susanne Brown and Karen Brown Thompson; step-children, Mark Haass and Carrie Haass. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, December 1, 2018, 6 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018, 4 PM until 6 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Don Smith will officiate. Interment will be private.
