Arthur L. Boyd

Arthur L. Boyd, 88 yrs, of Perryville, MD, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024 at home. Born June 22, 1935 in Elkton, MD, he was the son of the late William H. and Evelyn E. White Boyd.

Mr. Boyd was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was retired from the Philadelphia Electric Company where he was employed as a service foreman.

Mr. Boyd is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Regina H. Boyd; sons, Gregory Boyd and David Boyd; daughter, Michelle Neff; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Boyd was preceded in death by his daughter, Melanie Boyd; brothers, William H. Boyd, Sr., Melvin Boyd, and James F. Boyd; and sisters, Irene Smeltzer, Faye Miller, and Shirley Markham.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Amedysis Hospice in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766.
