Benjamin Adam Harvey

Benjamin Adam Harvey, 19 yrs, of Rising Sun, MD, died November 30, 2011, in Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.  Born June 21, 1992, in Newark, DE, he was the son of Thomas S. Harvey and stepson of Deborah A. Harvey of Rising Sun, MD. Benjamin enjoyed spending time with his friends & family, fishing on Drummond Island, animals, skateboarding, drawing and rock climbing. Benjamin was employed as a bagger and cashier at Harris Teeter of Bethany Beach, DE. In addition to his parents, Benjamin is survived by his brothers, Thomas K. Harvey, Ryan S. Harvey, Quinn S. Walsh; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Bonnie Harvey. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cecil County SPCA in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, December 5, 2011, 6 PM, at Pleasant View Baptist Church of Port Deposit, MD.  Pastor Dr. Harold Phillips of Pleasant View will officiate.  Interment will be private.
