Benjamin Edward Little Larsen

Benjamin “Benny” Edward Little Larsen, 17, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ September 20, 2012. He is the son of Edward Carl Larsen and Brenda Miller Larsen of Conowingo, MD. Ben is survived by his siblings Rebekah Larsen Stratton and husband Jamie Stratton of Port Deposit, MD , Brother, MK3 Roy Alan Larsen and Wife Amy Barczewski Larsen of Woodbine, GA, Hannah Joy Larsen, Jesse Aaron Larsen, Rachel Christine Larsen and Emma Carleen Larsen all of Conowingo, MD. Maternal Grandparents Ralph and Loretta Miller of North East, MD and pre ceded in death by Paternal Grandparents Roy and Sharlene Larsen of Hancock, WI. In addition he is survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and family members in Maryland, Wisconsin and the States. Ben was a homeschooling Senior this year under the Lighthouse Christian Academy, where he had previously attended. He had planned on taking the required classes to graduate at Cecil College. He was employed by his family’s business, Larsen Building Services, Meulenberg Dairy Farm and Maryland Truck Service Inc. all of Cecil County, MD Ben was a man of many hobbies. Riding the motorcycle he enjoyed so much with his father, four wheeling on the family friends farm of Steve and Leslie Clark, shooting pistols for sport with his father and brothers, playing piano at his church Pleasant View Baptist, singing hymns, lifting weights, wrestling with his father and brothers, yard work and washing his pickup he referred to as his “Cowboy Cadillac”. A gentleman to all and a dedicated hard worker with a soul of a servant, Ben enjoyed visiting friends and family while out riding his motorcycle. Ben was a man’s man, a ladies man and a gentleman, a comedian at heart who enjoyed laughing and making others laugh above all else. He will be dearly missed by all, until our Christ returns. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, September 24, 2012, 10 AM, at Pleasant View Baptist Church, Port Deposit, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, September 23, 2012, 6 PM until 8 PM , at Pleasant View Baptist Church. A second visitation will be held Monday, September 24, 2012, 9 AM until 10 AM, at the church prior to the funeral service.  Rev. Dr. Harold Phillips of Pleasant View Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Rosebank Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD. Family requests donations to the Benjamin Larsen Memorial fund in care of Lee A. Patterson  & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O.
