Bill Edward Marrs, Sr.

Bill Edward Marrs, Sr., 67 yrs, of Conowingo, MD, died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at his residence. Born June 8, 1948 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late William E. and Eileen F. Burlin Marrs. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy having served from 1968 until 1976. He was employed by Aberdeen Proving Ground of Aberdeen, MD, as an electrician. Bill is survived by his wife, Sherry Ragan Marrs of Conowingo, MD; sons, Bill E. Marrs, Jr., of Rising Sun, MD, and Bobby L. Marrs of Conowingo, MD; daughters, Sarah A. Marrs of Conowingo, MD, Cindy L. Marrs of Rising Sun, MD, and Debra A. Marrs Shumate of Conowingo, MD; five grandchildren; brother, Terry W. Marrs of Conowingo, MD; and sister, Wanda L. Marrs of Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2015, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015, 10 am until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Marrs Cemetery of Conowingo, MD.
