Charles Frank Foster

Charles Frank Foster, 66 yrs, of Perryville, MD, died Friday, February 18, 2011, at his residence.  Born February 23, 1944, in Havre de Grace, MD, he was a son of the late Rufus Allen and Ruth Richardson Foster. Mr. Foster was employed as a lab technician by Cytec of Havre de Grace, MD, and is survived by his daughter, Kimberly K. Foster Craig; grandsons, Jake A. Tollenger and Max C. Tollenger; and sisters, Mary Sampson and Ruth Dawson. Mr. Foster loved sailing the Susquehanna River and the Chesapeake Bay. He expressed his artistic talent through his painting of river and bay scenes. He was also an accomplished painter of decoys. In addition to his parents, Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Lee Boyd Foster. A memorial services is scheduled for Wednesday, February 23, 2011, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD.  Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2011, 11 Am - 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the memorial service. Father Robert R. Smith of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Perryville, MD,  will officiate. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association or American Diabetes Association in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O.
