Charles David Phillips

Charles David Phillips, 55 years, of Oxford, PA, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 in the Jennersville Hospital of West Grove, PA. Born April 10, 1963 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Charles Clay and Regina E. Prosser Phillips. Charles is survived by his sister, Joanne Sexton and husband, Brian, of Rising Sun, MD; nephews, Raymond Blucher and Brandon Sexton; and great nephew, Landen Blucher. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 2, 2019, 7 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, February 2, 2019, 5 PM until 7 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Charles Finney of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church of Rising Sun, MD, will officiate. Interment will be private.
