Cira Nicole Brown

Cira Nicole Brown, 27 years, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at her home in Elkton, MD. Born April 25, 1990 in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of Dale L. Brown, Jr., of Perryville, MD, and Dawn M. Haulbrick of Elkton, MD. Cira was a loving mother to Alexander C. and Skyler I. Bechtel. Survivors include her sisters, Kiri L. Brown, Rachel S. Southard and Tara L. Brown; grandparents, Janet and Dale L. Brown, Sr. of Perryville, MD, and Barbara Hall of Elkton, MD; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Cira was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Leslie Brown III. Services will be private.
