Connie Poist Oppler

Connie Poist Oppler, 73 yrs, of Potomac, MD, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013. Born March 15, 1939 in Port Deposit, MD, she was the daughter of the late W. Donald and Madeline V. Snelling Poist. Beloved wife of Edward P. Oppler, loving mother of Edward (Laura) Oppler and Scott (Kellie) Oppler and grandmother of Hunter, Kelsey, Zachary, and Mia Oppler; sister of Donald Poist, Joyce Poist Jones, Perry Poist, and the late Janet Poist Force and Catherine Poist Bryson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research, 1820 West Webster Avenue, Suite 304, Chicago, IL 60614. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 26, 2013, 1 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., 1493-95 Clayton Street, Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013, 12 Noon until 1 PM, at the funeral home.
