Constance “Connie” Wilson passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Porter Hospice of Centennial, CO. Born December 5, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Martin J. and Marian Stephenson Smith.
Connie moved to Elk Mills, MD, when she was 7 years old. She attended Elkton High School and graduated from Franklin High School of Philadelphia, PA. Following her marriage in 1951 to William Wilson she moved to Perryville, MD, where she lived until a 2010 move to Bel Air, MD. In 2013 she moved to Littleton, CO.
Connie is survived by her children, William A. Wilson III (Tessie) of Fairfax, VA, Stephen W. Wilson (Theresa) of Baldwin, MD, and Karin W. Sugarman (Paul) of Centennial, CO; grandchildren, Christopher A. Wilson (Katie), Erin W. Norman (Elliot), Evan R. Wilson, Austin R. Wilson, and Nicholas W. Sugarman; great grandchildren, Andrew J. Norman and Rachel A. Norman.
In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Wilson II and her loving friend, Peter McKay, both of Perryville, MD; brothers, Martin R. Smith of Childs, MD, and Richard Smith of Newark, DE.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2017, 11 AM, at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 175 St. Mark’s Church Road, Perryville, MD. Rev. Patricia Drost of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Cemetery, Perryville, MD.
