With profound love and sorrow, we announce the stillbirth of our precious son, Daniel Lewis Carr IV, who was born sleeping on July 31, 2026, at Jennersville Hospital in West Grove, Pennsylvania.

Though his time with us was brief, Daniel was deeply loved from the very beginning. He will forever be a treasured member of his family, leaving an imprint on the hearts of all who awaited his arrival. His life, however short, was filled with love, hope, and dreams that will never be forgotten.

Daniel is survived by his loving parents, Daniel Lewis Carr III and Alexis Johnson, and his cherished sisters, Rylee Carr and Brooklyn Carr, who will carry his memory in their hearts always.

The family will honor Daniel's life privately.

Though we never had the opportunity to watch Daniel grow, the love we have for him will endure forever. He will always be remembered, forever loved, and never forgotten.
