Deborah Jean Johns

Deborah Jean Johns, 63 years, of Perryville, MD, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at home. Born May 12, 1959 in Waterloo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Asa Franklin and Joanne Ruth Simmons Shefler.

Deborah was employed by Grumpy’s, Market Street Café, and the Rendezvous Inn. She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Norman Johns; sons, Ryan Jeffrey Johns and Zachary Norman Johns; daughter, Kristy Lynn Jones; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers, Lary Simmons, Asa Swan, Ted Jones, Tim Jones, Jeff Smith; and sisters, Vickie Keithley, Cherie Baker, and Cindi Swan.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 5 PM, at the Community Fire Company of Perryville, MD
