Debora Lee Meadows Mills, 56 yrs, of Perryville, MD, died Friday, January 1, 2016 in Elkton, MD. Born February 28, 1959 in Beckley, WVA, she was the daughter of the late Orville Lee and Margaret Webb Meadows. Debora is survived by her son, Richard Lee Rhoades, Jr. and wife, Rita; daughters, Brandi Lorraine Rimel and husband, Brian, and April Renee’ Henise and husband, Wesley; grandchildren, Emali Rimel, Sierra Rhoades, Abagail Henderson, Faith Rhoades, Jayden Rhoades, Kaden Henise, Richard Rhoades 3rd; great grandson, Connor William Rimel; and brother, Michael Scott Meadows and wife, Sandi.
