Delmar Clifton Whitaker

Delmar Clifton Whitaker, 90 years, of Port Deposit, MD, died Friday, May 20, 2011, in the Senator Bob Hooper Hospice House, Forest Hill, MD.  Born December 30, 1920, in Port Deposit, MD, he was the son of the late Ollie and Pearl Baker Whitaker. Mr. Whitaker was a veteran of the United State Navy and is retired from the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD, after 36 years as a communications administrator. He is survived by his nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. In addition to his parents, Mr. Whitaker was preceded in death by his sisters, Jean C. Labhart, Dorothy E.
