Dennis Charles Citrano, Sr.

Dennis Charles Citrano, Sr., 69 yrs, of Rising Sun, MD, died Monday, March 19, 2012, in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD.   Born December 28, 1942, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Charles and Regina J. Piasecki Citrano. Mr. Citrano was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church of Perryville, MD. In his early years he was a barber in Baltimore, MD, and later an electrician for 30 years at Chrysler Corporation of Newark, DE. He also enjoyed tending his family farm. Dennis is survived by his son, Dennis C. Citrano, II, of Glen Burnie, MD; daughters, Elena Babcock (Dan) of Abingdon, MD, Annette Snyder (Bill) of Essex, MD, Angela Rivas (Jose) of Baltimore, MD; and nine grandchildren. Also survived by his loving companion, Kate Moerschel of Port Deposit, MD. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 26, 2012, 11 AM, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, March 24, 2012, 5 PM until 7 PM, and Sunday, March 25, 2012, 3 PM until 5 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson and Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Father Jay McKee of Good Shepherd Parish, Perryville, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Dundalk, MD.
