Devonte Terrell Fisher, 33 years, of Elkton, MD, passed away Friday, December 19, 2025. Born December 10, 1992 in South Carolina, he was the son of Sandra J. Crutcher and the late Randolph L. Fisher.
Devonte is survived by his wife, Deanna Fisher; sons, Clarence C. Fisher, Noah Michael Fisher, and Jeremiah J. Fisher; daughter, Alillyana G. Fisher; brothers, David L. Crutcher and Randy J. Fisher; sister, Courtney Crutcher; godmother, Tyonna Goins; paternal grandmother, Betty J. Fisher; sister-in-law, Tiffany Henderson; brothers-in-law, Dustin Nesbitt and Bryan Henderson; nephew, Bryan Henderson; nieces, Raelynn Henderson and Zoey Henderson; mother-in-law, Virginia Nesbitt; and best friend, Shawn Grego.
Devonte was known for his unique sense of humor and whose presence brought love, laughter, and meaning to those who knew him. He was a manager of the Rock Springs, MD, McDonalds for 10 years. He enjoyed spending time with his four children. His love for his children was unmatched, and he would do anything to make sure they were safe, happy, and cared for. Devonte attended Baltimore City Schools and later graduated North Charleston High School in North Charleston, SC.
Devonte was preceded in death by his father, Randolph L. Fisher.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 30, 2025, 2 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2025, 12 Noon until 2 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Ronald Estep of Christ the King Church of Havre de Grace, MD, will officiate. Interment will be private.
