Dorothy Mae (Hansen) Mcdonnell

Dorothy Mae McDonnell, 91yrs, of Perryville, MD, died Sunday, January 25, 2015, in Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center of Havre de Grace, MD. Born August 12, 1923 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Rasmus and Helen Barrett Hansen. Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Susan Lennstrom, Judith Barbee, Lynn McDonnell, Elizabeth McDonnell, and Janet Bostic; son, Steven McDonnell, 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leo McDonnell. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2015, 11 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015, 10 AM until 11 AM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Rev. Dr. John M.R. Gauger of the First Baptist Church of Perryville will officiate. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
