Dorothy Louise (Jordan) Blake

Dorothy Louise Blake, 67 years, of Perryville, MD, died Sunday, January 22, 2012, at her residence. Born March 15, 1944, in Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Charles D. and Annie Margaret Lee Jordan. Mrs. Blake worked in food services at the Maryland House, Aberdeen, MD.  She is survived by her sons, David Roe Blake and James Lee Blake; daughter, Wilma “Sassy” Zellman; grandchildren, Missy, C.W., and Kara Zellman, Cristy, Nicole, Davey and Shelby Blake; three great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Friend, Delores Dotson, Carolyn Dorney and Sandra Hamilton. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Blake was preceded in death by her husband, Sydney R. Blake; brother, David L. Jordan; and sister, Elizabeth Hemric. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, January 28, 2012, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, January 27, 2012, 6 PM until 8 PM, at the funeral home. Pastor Leslie Slak of Principio United Methodist Church of Perryville, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA. Arrangements by Lee A.
