Frank Joseph Whitecavage

Frank Joseph Whitecavage, 84 yrs, of Rising Sun, MD, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 in Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD. Born May 9, 1928 in Shenadoah, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Catherine Domalewski Whitecavage. Mr. Whitecavage was the founder/owner of Conowingo Gas Company of Conowingo, MD, for 50 plus years. Mr. Whitecavage was a District Court Commissioner, a member of Harmony Lodge No. 53, A.M.A.M., Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Har/Ce Forest No. 142, Scottish Rite, Shriners Boumi Temple, Havre de Grace No. 27 Order of the Eastern Star, American Legion Post No. 194 of Rising Sun, MD, and member of West Nottingham Presbyterian Church of Colora, MD. Mr. Whitecavage is survived by his sons, Richard Gordon and wife, Cindi, of Madisonville, TN, Frank Whitecavage, III and wife, Kathy, of Conowingo, MD; daughters, Donna Miller and husband, Carl, of Conyers, GA, Pam Kincaid and husband, Mike, Rising Sun, MD; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother, Joseph Whitecavage of Indianapolis, IN. In addition to his parents, Mr. Whitecavage was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Maye Whitecavage; brother, Bernard Zilatis; and sister, Helen Saravo. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, January 17, 2013, 10 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2013, 7 PM until 9 PM, at the funeral home, during which there will be an 8 PM Order of the Eastern Star and Masonic Service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Asbury United Methodist Church of Port Deposit, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in West Nottingham Cemetery, Colora, MD. Arrangements by Lee A.
