George Russell Liddell

George Russell Liddell (Russ), 52 years, of Elkton, MD, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025 at home. Born June 17, 1973 in Havre De Grace, MD, he was the son of Nadine Louise Vandenburg Thomas and the late George W. Liddell, III.

Russ was employed by Domino’s of Elkton, MD. He is survived by his wife, Vonnie Liddell; daughters, Jennifer Lea Plumley and Stephanie Marie Sadler; four grandchildren which he truly adored, Jullian Jackson, Daisy Stump, Cassandra Plumley, and Jack Plumley; mother, Nadine Thomas; brother, Phillip Thomas; sister, Christina Liddell; nephew, Jackson Thomas; and aunt, Joyce Boyd.

George was preceded in death by his father, George W. Liddell, III.

A Celebration of Life has been scheduled for Saturday, August 30, 2025, 2PM until 5 PM, at the Community Fire Company of Perryville. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Asbury Methodist Church of Port Deposit, MD, will officiate. Interment will be private.
