Geraldine Harwi Notarcola

Geraldine Harwi Notarcola, 85, of Perryville, MD, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at home following a short illness with her family by her side.

Born August 25, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert R. and Marietta Baker Harwi. Geraldine is survived by her son, Mark T. Notarcola and wife, Charlene, of Port Deposit, MD; sister, Joanna Harwi Collins of Port Deposit, MD, and her beloved dog, Teddy, along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her sisters, Helene Harwi Harris, Audrey Harwi Hankins, and twin sister, Maxine Harwi Barr.

Graveside services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 11 AM, at Asbury Methodist Church, Port Deposit, MD. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Asbury Methodist Church will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Geraldine’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
