Harold Eugene Tharp

Harold  Eugene Tharp, 74 years, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 in Citizens Care Center of Havre de Grace, MD. Born February 19, 1943 in White Sulphur, MD, he was the son of the late Clyde R. and Yuba J. Morrison Tharp. Mr. Tharp is survived by his sister, Carol Lee Tharp Whitt and husband, Jim, of Havre de Grace, MD. A graveside service was held Monday, August 21, 2017, 3 PM, in Darlington Cemetery, Darlington, MD.
