Harry Edwin Patchell

Harry Edwin Patchell, 83 years, of Perryville, MD, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024 at home. Born April 17, 1941 in Elkton, MD, he was the son of the late George Clifton and Adelaide Everett Patchell.

Harry was formerly employed as a Sale Representative by the Sentman Distributors of Elkton, MD. He was a member of the Cherry Hill Methodist Church of Elkton, MD. Harry was involved in the Perryville Little League and was recognized for his many years of volunteer service.

Harry is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Suzanne Ruth Johnson Patchell; sons, Harry Jeffrey Patchell, George Clifton Patchell, and Shawn Lea Patchell; daughters-in-law, Lisa Patchell and Michelle Morris; four grandchildren; and sisters, Janet Ford, Joan Lombardo, and Margorie “Margie” McArdell.

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his brother, John “Jack” Clifton Patchell.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2024, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, September 16, 2024, 10 AM until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Cheryl Snyder of the Union Community Church of Elkton, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in the Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery, Elkton, MD.
