James Cecil Teets

James Cecil Teets, 79 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 in Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center of Havre de Grace, MD. Born April 22, 1938 in Oakland, MD, he was the son of the late Orval Calvin and Emmaline Evelyn Savage Teets. Jim was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground of Aberdeen, MD. He is survived by his son, Timothy Wayne Teets of Port Deposit, MD; and sister, Rhonda Kay Teets Evans of Rising Sun, MD. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, August 28, 2017, 11 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, August 27, 2017, 6 PM until 8 PM, at the funeral home. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Wesley United Methodist Church of Elkton, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in Highview Memorial Gardens, Fallston, MD.
