Jean Elizabeth (Bullock) Haugh

Jean Elizabeth Haugh, 70 years, of Perryville, MD, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017. Born May 30, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Francis D. and Mary Ellen Lambert Bullock. Mrs. Haugh was a member of Good Shepherd Parish and attended Good Shepherd Catholic Church of Perryville, MD. She was a former Special Education Coordinator employed by the Cecil County Public Schools. Mrs. Haugh was also a co-director of the Good Shepherd Catholic School After-School Program. Mrs. Haugh is survived by her husband, Arnold W. Haugh of Perryville, MD; daughter, Mary Ellen Haugh Rubick and husband, Cody, and Patricia Haugh Zimmerman and husband, Chris; five grandchildren, Anthony, Aiden, Vivienne, Valentina and Zoe; brothers, Dave Bullock, Benjamin Bullock, Daniel Bullock, Kenny Bullock; and sister, Kay Windsor. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2017, 11 AM, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, February 2, 2017, 10 AM until 11 AM, at the church prior to the funeral service. Father Jay McKee of Good Shepherd Parish will officiate. Interment will be private.
