Jennie Belle Short

Jennie Belle Short, 78 yrs, of Port Deposit, MD, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Harford Memorial Hospital of Havre de Grace, MD. Born March 14, 1935 in Richlands, VA, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Thelma E. Mussick Deskins. Mrs. Short was a member of Oxford Church of God of Oxford, PA, and is survived by her daughter, Tammy Bibey and husband, Curtis; brothers, Alfred Deskins, Tommy Deskins and Ronnie Deskins, In addition to her parents, Mrs. Short was preceded in death by her husband, Earl J. Short; brothers, Darrell Deskins and Donnie Deskins; sisters, Bea Hess, Barbara Hess and Frances Welch. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2013, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, November 2, 2013, 11 AM until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.  Pastor Ron Smith of First Baptist Church of Havre de Grace, MD.
