Jim "Jimbo" Garry Shuler

Jim “Jimbo” Garry Shuler, Jr., 44 years, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 in the University of Maryland Harford Memorial Hospital of Havre de Grace, MD. Born September 3, 1978 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Roberta “Punk” Merchant and Jim Shuler, Sr.

Jimbo was employed as a forklift operator by IKEA of Perryville. He was a gentle soul with a big heart. Jimbo loved spending time with family and friends and making people laugh. He was a very proud uncle to many nieces and nephews and was a loyal Redskins and Orioles fan.

Jimbo is survived by his fiancé, Margie Arnold, and her children; siblings, John (Nicole) Shuler, Jesse (Jennifer) Shuler, Nikki (Jake) Shuler-Geer, and Calum (Lisa) Kunkel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022, 2PM until 6 PM, at the Susquehanna American Legion Post No. 135 of Perryville, MD.
