Joan Dawson Lupinetti

Joan Dawson Lupinetti, 83, of Conowingo, MD, went to be with the Lord on March 15, 2014.  Daughter of the late Randall Clifford and Anna Noel Dawson, of Penns Grove, NJ, Joan Lupinetti is loved and survived by her eight children, 28 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.  Eternally blessed by their loving mother, her sons are Dante Lupinetti of Walkersville, MD; Michael Lupinetti of Conowingo, MD; Joseph Lupinetti of Port Deposit, MD; and Perry Lupinetti of Indiana, PA.  Her daughters are Anna Marie Malone of Conowingo, MD; Denise Edwards of Forest Hill, MD; Mary Theresa Lupinetti of Elkton, MD; and Annette Wiseman of Conowingo, MD. Joan will be fondly remembered for her active role within the Good Shepherd Parish Community, and the countless hours she volunteered assisting the less fortunate with the Saint Vincent DePaul’s Society.  She is loved by the many she leaves behind, including her longtime friend, Liz Casey, and will be forever missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dante Francesco Lupinetti; her brother Noel Clifford Dawson, and her sister Doris Eckley. Visitation will be from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, March 18, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD.  Father Jay McKee will preside over the funeral service to be held at 11am on Wednesday, March 19, at Saint Agnes Catholic Church in Rising Sun, MD.  Interment will be in the West Nottingham Cemetery in Colora, MD.
