Kathleen Patricia (O'Donnell) Wood

Kathleen Patricia Wood, 72 years, of Townsend, DE, formerly of Conowingo, MD, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 at home. Born February 11, 1950 in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Gerard and Annie Susan Lockhart O’Donnell.

Mrs. Wood was a member of Good Shepherd Parish of Perryville, MD. She was formerly employed in the service industry by the Flying J Travel Center of North East, MD. She was also an avid quilter and animal lover.

Mrs. Wood is survived by her sons, Thomas Owen Wood, Jr. and wife, Dr. Jacqueline Fignar, and Joseph Gerard Wood and wife, Milissa; daughter, Rose Marie Delp and husband, Dewitt; and 13 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Owen Wood, Sr.; brothers, William O’Donnell and Joseph G. O’Donnell, Jr.; and sister, Carol McMullen.

A graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2022, 2 PM, at the West Nottingham Cemetery of Colora, MD. Father Jay McKee of Good Shepherd Parish of Perryville, MD, will officiate.
