Kay (Chatfield) Carter

Kay Carter, 64 yrs, of Port Deposit, MD, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at her residence.  Born December 22, 1948 in England, she was the daughter of Betty Cox Chatfield of England and the late Derrick Chatfield. Mrs. Carter was employed by Rite Aid of Perryman, MD, and is survived by her sons, Kevin Carter of Cardiff, MD, and Ryan Carter of Aberdeen, MD; two grandchildren, Kevin John Carter and Hayden Ryan Carter; one brother, Philip Chatfield of England; and loving companion, Larry Diehl of Port Deposit, MD, and his children, Rachael and David Diehl. A memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday, March 16, 2013, 11 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013, 10 AM until 11 AM, at the funeral home prior to the memorial service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Asbury United Methodist Church of Port Deposit, MD, will officiate. Interment will be private. Arrangements by Lee A.
