Leslie Caroll Locke, Jr.

Leslie Caroll Locke, Jr., 47 years, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Franklin Square Medical Center of Baltimore, MD. Born October 22, 1969 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Daniel R., Sr. and Masie Dawson Polk. In addition to his parents, Leslie is survived by his son, Kevin of Aberdeen, MD; brother, Daniel R. Polk Jr. and wife, Kathy; sisters, Shelly Green and husband, Bill, Kim Baker and husband, Ed, Patty Saylor and husband, Matt and Tracy Polk. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215. A memorial service has been scheduled for Sunday, March 5, 2017, 2 PM, at the Level Volunteer Fire Company, 3633 Level Village Road, Havre de Grace, MD. Diana Caudill, Chaplain to the Level Volunteer Fire Company will officiate. Interment will be private.
