Lloyd Fox

Lloyd Fox, 87 yrs, of North East, MD, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 in Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, MD. Born November 16, 1925 in Perryville, MD, he was the son of the late Dewey and Hilda Hornbarger Fox. Mr. Fox was a graduate of Perryville High School, a graduate of the University of Delaware Class of 1950 where he received his BSME, and a graduate of the University of Connecticut where he received his MBA. Mr. Fox retired from his position as Chief Engineer with DuPont of Wilmington, DE, in 1990. He was a life member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and was a W.W. II veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Fox was an avid outdoorsman and a lover of nature. Mr. Fox is survived by his loving wife of 60 yrs, Louise Meza Fox of North East, MD; daughter, Mary Karen Fox-Talbot of Aberdeen, MD; sons, Darwin James Fox and wife, Lauren, of Lakeville, MN, and Lloyd Kevin Fox and wife, Loretta, of Brookfield, CT; grandchildren, Mark Talbot of Aberdeen, MD, Sarah Sinclair and husband, Joe, of Joppa, MD, Jack and Anita Fox of Brookfield, CT; Ellen and Katherine Fox of Lakeville, MN; brother, Alan Fox and wife, Diane, of Perryville, MD; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Iraki of Nanticoke, PA, and Antoinette Baker of Phillipsburg, NJ. Mr. Fox was preceded in death by his brothers, Carl Fox and Neal Fox; sister, Dolores Fox Charles. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or to the Grace United Methodist Church of Aberdeen, MD, in care of the Lee A.
