Marilyn (Murphy) Boldin

Marilyn Boldin, 63 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in the University of Maryland Harford Memorial Hospital of Havre de Grace, MD. Born October 12, 1954 in Cherry Point, NC, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Bessie May Murphy. Mrs. Boldin was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Havre de Grace, MD, and formerly employed as a secretary by Aberdeen Proving Ground of Aberdeen, MD. She was very active for many years with the Boy Scouts of America. Mrs. Boldin is survived by her husband, Johnny Lou Boldin of Port Deposit, MD; sons, Christopher S. Boldin of North East, MD, and John P. Boldin of Yelm, WA; three grandchildren; and sister, Veronica Blain. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Boldin was preceded in death by her brother, Skip Lockhart. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, October 23, 2017, 10:30 AM, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Havre de Grace, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, October 23, 2017, 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM, at the church prior to the funeral service. Father   Dale Picarella of St. Patrick’s Church will officiate. Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Port Deposit, MD.
