Natividad Encinas (Encinas) Almonte

Natividad Encinas Almonte, 103 years, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025 at home. Born December 25, 1921 in San Pascual, Masbate, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Doroteo and Melecia Gonzales Encinas.

Mrs. Almonte was a parishioner of the Good Shepherd Parish and attended the Good Shepherd Catholic Church of Perryville, MD.

Mrs. Almonte is survived by her sons, Renato and Ricardo Pedro; daughters, Dr. Melecia A. Santos, Maria Cristina, Fefatima, Ramona, Leticia, Rosanna, Rowena, and Rosela; 22 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and sisters, Memoria, Dionisia, and Francia.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Almonte was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Arsenio B. Almonte; son, Rolando; brothers, Vicente, Alfonso, Antonio, and Raymundo; and sister, Salvacion.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2025, 11 AM, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, April 13, 2025, 2 PM until 6 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Father Jay McKee of Good Shepherd Parish will officiate. Interment will be private.
