Phillip Marc Bailey

Phillip Marc Bailey, 41 years, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was born August 30, 1976. Phillip worked at the Imperial Bedding Company of Huntington, WV, where he lived for the last five years. Phillip is survived by his father, Harry Bailey of Alabama; mother, Emily Beth Dukes of Colora, MD; step-father, Frederick Dukes of Colora, MD; brother, Chris Weitzel (Robin) of Olive Hill, KY, and Paul Weitzel (Jeannie) of Conowingo, MD; two nieces, Meagan Weitzel and Baylee Weitzel; and Mom-Mom, Eleanor Dukes of Perryville, MD. Phillip was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Stanley and Evelyn Bailey; and maternal grandparents, Phillip and Elva Todd. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 23, 2018, 11 AM, at the Susquehanna American Legion Post No. 135 of Perryville, MD. A luncheon will follow the service. Arrangements By Lee A.
