Robert Allen Dougan, 49 years, of North East, MD, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in Elkton, MD. Born May 31, 1968 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of John Edward and Elsie May Dougan. Robert was a member of the Central Christian Church of Bel Air, MD. He is survived by his wife, Sherry McDyre Dougan of North East; daughters, Tessa Dougan of Havre de Grace, MD, and Raven Dougan of North East, MD; siblings, James Eugene Dougan, the late Deborah May Dougan, and Daniel John Dougan. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 22, 2017, 3 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017, 1 PM until 3 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor George Earl of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Havre de Grace, MD, will officiate. Interment will be private.
