Robert Kirk Towson

Robert Kirk Towson, 73 years, of Perryville, MD, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 in the Christiana Hospital of Newark, DE. Born May 13, 1952 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Donald and Bernadette Grove Towson.

Robert was formerly employed by the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD, as a test driver. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Marguerite Towson; daughter, Angela Fleming; one grandchild, Adam; sisters, Gloria Meehan, Patricia Chernick and Vivian Dobson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, February 20, 2026, 1 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, February 20, 2026, 11 AM until 1 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Dr. Harold Phillips of the Pleasant View Baptist Church of Port Deposit, MD, will officiate. Interment will be private.
