Roger Alan Delp, Sr.

Roger Alan Delp, Sr., 62 years, of Conowingo, MD, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at home. Born January 18, 1963 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of W. Roger and Mary E. Swift Delp of Roaring Springs, PA.

Roger was a mason for 45 years, and employed by Scheler and Shifflett of Pottstown, PA, as a Mason foreman for the last 30 years.

In addition to his parents, Roger is survived by his loving wife of 34 years,  Peggy Anderson Delp of Conowingo, MD; sons, A.J. Delp, Michael Delp, and Brian Delp, Sr.; daughter, Kimberly Delp; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Pete Delp of Roaring Springs, PA; sisters, Cindy Delp Farmer of Inwood, WV, and Naomi Delp Henley of Everett, PA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Porters Grove Baptist Church (478 Connelly Road, Rising Sun, MD 21911) on April 26, 2025 from 1pm – 4pm.
