Rose M (Boyle) Palmer

Rose M. Palmer nee Boyle passed away at her home in Cecil County on June 29, 2015 at the age of 92. Rose is predeceased by her father Peter Boyle, her mother Susan (Elliott) Boyle, her two sisters Catherine Boyle and Regina (Boyle) Connor, brother Edward Boyle and son-in-law Buck Barnhouse. Rose is survived by her husband of 68 years John A. Palmer (J.A.P.). They were married in Baltimore on November 16, 1946. Rose is lovingly remembered by her children, Renee (Palmer) Barnhouse, Colleen (Palmer) Simms and John P. Palmer, her granddaughters Jennifer (Gatch) Bowman, Sarah (Drumgoole) Korbeck, Katie (Palmer) Kuhn and Morgan Palmer her great grandchildren, Andrew and Trent Powell, Kaylee Haberkam, Justin Hopkins and Colin and Kyrstin Korbeck her brothers John and Joe Boyle and sister Ann(Boyle) Stasi. Rose was born in Harewood Mine, PA on March 19, 1923. She worked for the Social Security Administration in Baltimore for over 30 years. A visitation will be held at Patterson Funeral Home, 1493-95 Clayton Street, Perryville, MD on 7/2/2015 from 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be held at Good Shepard Parish, 810 Aiken Avenue Perryville, MD on 7/3/2015 at noon. Private interment will be held in Hazelton, PA on 7/10/2015.
