Rubin Stanley Guy

Rubin Stanley Guy, 68 yrs, of Port Deposit, MD, died Monday, August 19, 2013 at his residence.  Born July 23, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Reuben and Susie Parrish Guy. Mr. Guy was employed as a truck driver by Great Coastal of Richmond, VA, and is survived by his wife, Blanche Green Guy of Port Deposit, MD; son, Michael Guy of Philadelphia, PA; daughter, Sherae Guy of Port Deposit, MD; son-in-law, Roy Marrow; daughter-in-law, Renee’ Guy; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Guy was preceded in death by his son, Derrick Guy; brother, Kevin Guy; and sister, Brenda Guy. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2013, 11 AM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, August 24, 2013, 9 AM until 11 AM, at the funeral home. Interment is scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2013, 11 AM, in Chelten Hills Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.  Arrangements by Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD.
