Ruth Jean (Passion) Blakeley

Ruth Jean Blakeley, 70 years, of Rising Sun, MD, passed way Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at home. Born July 15, 1954 in Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Harry Adolph and Ida Beatrice Curlett Passion.

Ruth was formerly employed by Morgan Drive Away of Elkton, MD, as a secretary.

Ruth is survived by her husband, Louis Edward Blakeley; daughter, Elizabeth Marie Blakeley; three grandchildren; and brother, Frank Thomas Passion.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her brother, Harry Steven Passion.

A Celebration of Life has been scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025, 5 PM, at the Blythedale Seventh Day Adventist Church of Perryville, MD.
