Sallie Beatrice (Hall) Bandy

Sallie Beatrice Bandy, 93 yrs, of Aberdeen, MD, died Sunday, July 19, 2015 in Citizens Care Center of Havre de Grace, MD. Born September 13, 1921 in Tazewell County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Ocie Ola Herald Hall. Mrs. Bandy is survived by her sons, James H. Bandy of Tazewell, VA, Richard L. Bandy and Ralph E. Bandy, both of Romney, WVA, Joseph J. Bandy of Nottingham, MD, Daniel C. Bandy of Havre de Grace, MD, Virgil A. Bandy of Churchville, MD; daughters, Beulah M. Neff and Patricia Jean Bauguess, both of Rising Sun, MD, Darlene Y. Hansman of Colora, MD; 29 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren; and several great great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bandy was preceded in death by her husband, James Maxwell Bandy; one son; one daughter; seven brothers; and two sisters. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2015, 11 AM, at Porters Grove Baptist Church of Conowingo, MD. Visitations for family and friends will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015, 7 PM until 9 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD, and Friday, July 24, 2015, 10 AM until 11 AM, at Porters Grove Baptist Church. Pastor Joe Newsome of Porters Grove Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Dublin Cemetery, Darlington, MD.
