Scott A. Giles, Sr.

Scott A. Giles, Sr., 49 years, of Conowingo, MD, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 at home. Born August 15, 1975 in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Steven E. Giles, Sr., and Patricia L. Shatzer Giles Bromley.

Scott was formerly employed as a Service Manager and Mechanic by Mike Montgomery Auto of Colora, MD. He enjoyed drag racing, hunting, spending time with his family, road trips, and helping others.

Scott is survived by his loving fiancé of 10 years, Denise M. Thompson; son, Scott A. Giles, Jr.; daughter, Britney Marie Giles; one grandchild, Scott Allen Giles, III; brother, Steven Giles and his wife, Marci; and sister, Christina Bader and her husband, Dan.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025, 10 AM until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of the Principio Methodist Church of Perryville, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in Principio Cemetery, Perryville, MD.
