Shirley Jane (Jones) Bibey

Shirley Jane Bibey, 80 years, of Perryville, MD, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at home. Born October 23, 1937 in Vivian, WV, she was the daughter of the late Milburn Bynum and Clara Belle Patrick Jones. Mrs. Bibey was a League Bowler at Harford Lanes of Aberdeen, MD, for 40+ years and was a member of the Good Sam Camping Club. She operated, alongside her husband Kenneth, Bibey Trucking Co., Inc., for many years. Mrs. Bibey is survived by her son, Curtis Dale Bibey and wife, Tammy, of Perryville, MD; daughter, Joyce Elaine Karschner and husband, Calvin, of Perryville, MD; grandsons, Calvin Karschner Jr. (Chelsea Weber), Sean Pollock (Samantha Fitch) and Charles Karschner (Nikki Leonard); great granddaughters, Alexia Karschner and Cora Leigh Karschner. Mrs. Bibey was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Kenneth Earl Bibey; great granddaughter, Arianna Roslynn Barber; brothers, Willard Jones, Delmer Jones, Bobby Jones and Jimmy Jones; and sister, Shelby Whitteker. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, September 21, 2018, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, September 21, 2018, 10 AM until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Dennis Gilbert, Sr., of the Charlestown Missionary Baptist Church, Charlestown, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mark’s Cemetery, Perryville, MD.
